Harriet M. Harris, MBA, also known as The Limitless Life Coach, is the Founder and CEO of You Are Not Your Trauma Inc. As a speaker, author, and entrepreneur, she champions the transformative power of overcoming past traumas. Through her popular podcast, “You Are Not Your Trauma™,” and her book, “Stop Stopping Your Success,” Harriet inspires and educates on resilience and emotional healing. Her holistic coaching approach integrates personal development with strategic methodologies, fostering both personal and professional growth. Harriet’s work is dedicated to empowering individuals, especially women, to realize that they are not defined by their past and to embrace a future of limitless possibilities.

LaNessa Jackson is a personal coach with a great passion for helping people visualize and realize their dreams. LaNessa, a Detroit, MI native, is a writer and self-published her first book entitled,” God is Not on a Point System”. A book written to challenge people onunderstanding the motives behind their obedience and to develop an authentic relationship with God. She loves God and has a desire to help people grow closer in their relationship with God. 

LaNessa is a John Maxwell Speaker, Teacher and Coach where she assists people in the John Maxwell’s process of personal growth and leadership development. Continuouspersonal growth is her life’s mission and she enjoy motivating others to embark on their growth journey.

LaNessa currently lives in Dallas,TX and in her spare time, she enjoys reading self-development books, traveling, exercising, and spending time with family & friends.

Jarvis C. McInnis is the Cordelia & William Laverack Family Assistant Professor of English at Duke University. He is a proud graduate of Tougaloo College in Jackson, Mississippi, where he earned a BA in English, and Columbia University in the City of New York, where he earned a Ph.D. in English & Comparative Literature. McInnis is an interdisciplinary scholar of African American & African Diaspora literature and culture, with teaching and research interests in the global south (primarily the US South and the Caribbean), sound studies, performance studies, visual culture, and the archive. He is currently completing his first monograph, “Afterlives of the Plantation: Plotting Agrarian Futures in the Global Black South,” under contract with Columbia University Press and will be published in the “Black Lives in the Diaspora” series. This study aims to reorient the geographic contours of black transnationalism and diaspora by interrogating the hemispheric linkages between southern African American and Caribbean writers, intellectuals, and cultures in the early twentieth century. McInnis’s award-winning research has been supported by numerous grants and fellowships, including the Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship, the Ford Foundation Pre-doctoral and Dissertation Fellowships, Princeton University’s Department of African American Studies postdoctoral fellowship, and the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture’s Scholars-in-Residence Program, among others. His work appears in journals and venues such as Callaloo, MELUS, Mississippi Quarterly, Public Books, The Global South, American Literature, American Literary History, and Comparative Literature Studies. 

Tiffany Perkins is a Supply Chain Director, with 22-year Technology and Omni Channel experience. She holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Western Illinois University and a Master of Business from Bradley University. Tiffany previously held a certification in project management and currently holds certifications in IT and Business Relationship Management.

Tiffany is passionate about volunteerism, specifically organizations that foster a sense of pride, awareness, development and support.
